Manual salting pump designed for professional use in a butcher´s or pork butcher´s for salting one or two hams at a time.
This simple and easy to use pump has a brine reservoir in food grade polypropylene with 1.5 litre capacity. The reservoir is transparent so that the level can be seen.
Suitable for liquid bring for salting hams.
The injecting needle is in stainless steel 316L.
