Curry marinade

Marinade curry.
Parsley, onions, red peppers, grated coconut, curcuma, curry. Spicy and fruity notes.
For: Chicken and poultry, lamb skewers, pork ribs ...
Cut the meat, add the marinade and mix. These marinades consist of spices of great freshness and are used by sprinkling and coating or by soaking for a better impregnation of the flavors in the meat.
Dry marinades: for 1 kg of meat, stir 30 to 50 g in 30g of water and 30 g of oil and mix well.
