2 level stainless steel smokehouse - large model measuring 60 cm x 40 cm .
For hot or cold smoking. It is suitable for smoking meat (steak, chops, fillets...), poultry (chicken, duck…), cold meats (ham, dried sausage, sausage, andouilles) and fish (salmon, trout, eel, mackerel…).
The kit is composed of: one hearth, one smoking unit with lid and thermometer, 2 stainless steel grills, 1 flexible and extendable aluminium tube, 2 removable feet.
Comes with a 500 g bag of beech wood sawdust, a user guide and recipe ideas.
