Faithful to our quality criteria we looked for a long time for material that would respond to the requirements of all kinds of cooking receptacles. Now we have found it! Aluinox! Combining aluminium and stainless steel may not be strictly speaking a new material, but it is composed of two kinds of stainless steel separated by a layer of pure aluminium. Making it requires some special technical metalworking prowess.
For contact with food, a completely neutral material was required, above and beyond the food industry norms and whose innocuous nature would be recognised by everyone. It was also important that the utensil deliver in terms of conductivity and thermal inertia to allow delicate foods to be cooked. Finally, it would have to answers your needs in terms of appearance, durability and ease of maintenance.

3 different metals were retained for their specific properties.
The external layer is in ferritic stainless steel.
This steel alloy magnetic material means that the recipient can be used with induction hotplates. It can capture the magnetic fields through the bottom and the sides. It transmits the heat over the entire surface. It is also a much better conductor than traditional stainless steel and it is very robust.
Pure aluminium core.
It transmits the heat evenly to the entire recipient through the bottom and the sides without interruption. This extremely pure aluminium is protected by the external stainless steel layer that transmits the heat and prevents loss.
We make use of the exceptional conductivity that aluminium possesses without exposing it to heat loss.
The interior is in 18/10 austenitic stainless steel guaranteed without surface treatment.
We chose this special steel for the layer that is in contact with the food. It is particularly robust and perfectly neutral and it does not alter the properties of the food in any way while remaining easy to clean.
