This extraordinary oven is special in that it has a cooking chamber that is suspended inside the hearth. Because of this arrangement, combined with the ventilation of the fan heating, the heat from the wood oven completely envelops the cooking chamber.
Pre-heating is fast and wood consumption reduced (just 4 to 5 kg of wood for cooking 4 dishes, on average 3.4 kg per hour). Above all, the cooking temperature is equal everywhere in the oven and can be checked using the outside thermometer that is included.
With its inside light and its time, this oven will make it easy to keep track of your cooking.
For bread and pizzas, you can even cook them on the refractory stone floor of the oven to obtain crispy crusts.
This oven is equipped with a lifting bar and wheels that are perfectly arranged to allow you to balance the oven and move it around easily.
The outside of the oven is in zinc-plated steel covered with a hot epoxy enamel.
