This chef´s knife with a stainless steel 25 cm blade will give you excellent scope when working in the kitchen for chopping and especially for slicing large pieces.
The blade is 4.8 cm in width and holds well for very thin slicing. It can also be held in two hands working together for perfect fine chopping.
Single block, ABS handle with rivets and a round cowl, wrought stainless steel Z40C13 (hardness 53 HRC).
