This Santoku knife with a Japanese shape has a 17.7 cm stainless steel blade and a French style handle. It is a very versatile and efficient chopping knife.
It can be used for slicing, cutting and chopping.
It has indentations that diminish the resistance to the cut and prevent fragile foods from sticking to the blade.
The almost straight shape and the high handle allow you to finely chop easily with a minimum amount of movement.
French style handle with a round cowl and riveted screws.
