The pink Easter radish is a beautiful pink root, long and regular, reaching 20 cm. Its white flesh is firm, pleasant, soft and of very good taste quality. Harvest in 5 weeks.  

Full ground sowing: February-March-April-May-June-July-August-September-October, partial shade / sunny exposure.
Sowing aid: direct sowing, in rows 30 cm apart or broadcast on fresh, loose soil, rich in humus and well drained.  

Growing aid: thin out from the first leaves to 5 cm in the row.  

Harvest: March-April-May-June-July-August-September-October-November.
Harvesting aid: harvest after 5 weeks and as needed. To be consumed after uprooting.  

Advice: do not neglect hoeing and weeding. Water frequently to prevent the pungent taste from being too accentuated.
