The Reine des Hâtives tomato is a very early variety, lasting 42 to 55 days, giving fruits of 60 to 110 g and a softness of 5 to 8 cm.
Its flesh is dense, soft and of good taste quality.
It is eaten in salads, garnishes, preserves.  

Sowing under shelter: February-March-April-May on a warm layer (16 to 20 ° C).
Sowing aid: sowing in pots indoors or in a heated greenhouse, in fine sowing compost.  

Growing aid: transplant in place when frost is no longer to be feared and the plants reach 12 to 15 cm in rich, loose and healthy soil. Distance: 70 cm between the rows and 50 cm on the row with sunny exposure.  

Harvest: June-July-August-September-October.
Harvesting aid: harvest for quick consumption after picking. Possibility of conservation for a few days if the fruits are not picked too ripe.  

Tips: support the plant well from its vegetative growth phase. Prune above the 4th or 5th bouquet. Water if necessary, do not water the leaves, mulch in case of drought.
