The unique Takaje system allows you to make important savings. In intensive use, it is possible to rapidly create a vacuum, as often as necessary, in jars with metal lids (old pickle or jam jars and even fruit juice bottles) is a, unbeatable advantage. Once in the jars, you can easily protect your soups, sauces, coulis or juices from oxidising without sucking up the liquid itself. The large sealing width means that you can use any kind of size of bag for vacuum sealing for large pieces: frozen vacuum sealed or not, in empty bags for freezing (once open, the bag can be resealed) or in cooking bags, cooking/freezer bags, pasteurisation etc. This latest generation machine has clearly been designed to reduce time spent vacuum sealing and to simplify use and cleaning.
