This baking mat is in fact a cloth that has been dipped in food grade silicone to make it entirely non adhesive. It also works as a baking sheet to replace baking paper (up to 250°C). It can also be used as a work mat or as a support for freezing and deep freezing.
It can be cleaned using hot water and a sponge.
