Apple grater and slicer

USE
The system of a drum with teeth resembles a giant cheese grater that transforms your apples into small filaments that easily fit into the press to make juice (you no longer need to grind apples and other fruit) or grates cabbage in a perfect way for sauerkraut. You can also use it for your kohlrabi, potatoes, beetroot… to feed the poultry in your farmyard.
MAINTENANCE
The drum is made of steel and the teeth cut in a efficient and lasting way, but beware of rust. In order to avoid rusting, dry and grease the machine before and after use.
TIP
To grease the drum, use a paintbrush and turn the grater backwards, so you can grease the entire surface of the drum without the teeth damaging the brush. Don´t forget to also spread a little grease inside the drum.
